If your collar experiences a failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

This guarantee covers:

• Broken or failed hardware

• Stitching failure under normal use

• Structural issues caused by craftsmanship

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Cosmetic aging of leather (scratches, scuffs, patina, softening)

• Damage caused by chewing, misuse, or accidents

• Damage from water exposure, improper care, or neglect

• Alterations made by anyone other than our shop

Leather is a natural material that develops character over time, and signs of aging are considered part of the normal life of a genuine leather product.

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or store credit if applicable.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the issue is determined to be our error.
